Forschungszentrum Jülich winner for “Breaking the Walls to Practical Quantum Computing” at The Falling Walls Conference 2020

As part of the Remote World Science Summit 2020, the Falling Walls Science Breakthroughs of the Year highlighted breakthrough thinking from around the world. Over 900 nominations from 111 countries were received. On Friday 10th November 2020, the 10 winners in the category Physical Sciences presented their breakthrough work and its profound impact on science and society.

OpenSuperQ’s Kristel Michielsen, from Forschungszentrum Jülich, was one of the 10 winners in this category with her entry “Breaking the Walls to Practical Quantum Computing”.
